I’ve made a graveyard playlist. The songs that always get skipped will be moved to this separate playlist, that way they are still there but at the same time, not there.
I also do this. I call it the archives. It’s like the Disney vault, but for songs. I usually pull them back out in a year or two.
Same. Though my archive contains all current songs from my active list as well.
Man, this is so simple and such a good idea. I’ll start doing this right now, thanks!
Nah, man, you can’t just remove it. One day you might be in the exact right mood to hear that song and you’ll miss out if it’s not there.
At least, that’s what I keep telling myself…
I know I will love that song later. It depends on the mood.
Yeah I do this a lot. I need some new tunes but genre-wise I don’t know what I like.
But if I delete the song, it might feel bad about itself
So I feel validated! There are dozens of us!
I aaaalways skip the first song in the playlist because only then the shuffle kicks in…can’t delete that first song though or I’ll just get bored/hate the next one.
I made a playlist where I add all the songs i remove instead of just removing them completely
I bet that playlist goes quickly
It would be nice if Spotify had a way to search for the song in your playlist so you can remove it or transplant it to a graveyard playlist. It’s easier to skip the task than scroll and scroll searching for it.
