Flyby over a medium-sized city with a blazing fast Gaming PC: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D (RAM- & Curve-tweaked) plus Nvidia Geforce RTX 4090. With the graphics preset ‘High’, Cities Skylines 2 puts the system on its knees. The heavy stuttering occurs on ANY PC, while fast CPUs can reduce the spikes from ~500 ms to less (but still high). We’re testing 720p, 1440p and 2160p to show the impact on the GPU.
