Not completely, but it was extra bad when they attacked Bakhmut, it seems they may be back to doing it on a large scale again.

At this point, hasn’t Russia lost over 50% of their tanks? Didn’t estimates pre war have them at about 9,000?
It seems so, of course this is estimates, but already back in February, there were stories that Russia had lost about half their key battletanks.
