The silken takes the place of a burrata. I forgot to take a picture after I put the black pepper on it oops.
This looks so wonderful. There is something really special about the combo of creamy polenta and tomato sauce and I am sure the tofu added another beautiful dimension.
I know most of the point of this community is to post normal, every day food but this really is something special.

This was pretty easy to come together, I made some sauce out of canned tomatoes and home made seasoning during the day, made some quick cooking polenta and served with the silken. The brussels were coated in maple syrup, balsamic vinegar and seasonings. They got a bit over cooked but were great!
