    I’d really like to hear the realtor’s description of this. “Yeah it’s got an inactive meth lab but with a couple street contacts and a little elbow grease you could have it up and paying for itself in no time!”

    Inactive Meth Lab means bulldoze the current structure and build a similar one where this one stood. That house is ruined inside and out.

    I wonder if there’s some government-backed amelioration they’re teasing.

    As an identified dangerous site, maybe you can get subsidies to tear it down in the name of “removing contamination”, making it net cheaper than any other similar shack if your endgame is teardown-and-rebuild.
