      This is easy -

      “Say Pizza to Drugs, Say No to Yes.”

      Say no to drugs and replace it with Pizza. And then Say No to Yes, is to empower people in standing their ground against peer pressure.

        Valid interpretation, but was it the intended one?

        … I cannot think of an alternative, so maybe. Makes no damn sense otherwise!

          If they intended that to be the meaning then that is the most confusing, convoluted, roundabout way possible to word that message.

      I wouldn’t be surprised if it was just edited and the original just said, “say no to drugs, say yes to pizza”.
