Fair enough, we can’t read minds. But he did pull the signs and then pulled a fire alarm on a wall, just before a vote to stop the government shutdown. https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-66975448 I even bothered to find a non-right wing source for your perusal.

It looks like he pushed, but the sign was just precariously placed on the push bar of the door.

The camera shot doesn’t show a fire alarm, just him touching something on the wall. Not saying he didn’t, but the above video and that BBC article are not enough to go off of to say this.
At most one could say about his intentions, he seems like he was in a rush and wasn’t paying attention to the signs.
That’s not insurrection.
And that video doesn’t show his intention one way or the other.
