Get a lead testing kit, it’s like a little marker that changes color when it detects lead. Rub it on the glass and paint and see if it picks anything up. Then you’ll know for sure if it’s safe or not.

There is no mention of lead in either link.
Imo if you suspect any cup of having lead I wouldn’t drink from it.
