Hello people that find this community. I need mods. I have never been a mod on reddit before I migrated, and I will hopefully be able to handle this as it grows, but if you have any modding experience (especially in the /r/rolereversal subreddit on reddit) please let me know!

Have you tried reaching out to the mods on r/rolereversal? Even if they aren’t interested in fully moving over some of them might be interested in branching out. I’ve seen a few communities that aren’t planning on leaving reddit but decided to do both reddit and lemmy to support their community members that don’t want to use Reddit anymore. Just make sure you are kind and respectful when asking
No they hid my post about it and every mention of lemmy on their sub.
