    Instead of putting the sauce directly on the noodles, put the noodles and tinfoil into little foil pockets to keep them separated, and then when you reheat they won’t be as soggy.

      Oh that’s a good idea, I’ll have to give that a try next time because yeah it comes out a bit goopy on reheat. Thanks!

        You could also separate them with a piece of baking parchment.

      I wouldn’t recommend tinfoil for any application where it gets in direct contact with food. Especicially if the food is acidic or salty, it will corrode and dissolve the aluminium. Eating these particles then is assiciated with health issues, in particular Alzheimer decease.

      Furthermore tinfoil requires lots of energy to be produced, so also from an environmental standpoint, rather get some small reusable containers.

    We do a pinch of aniseed in our sauce and it’s pretty damn good.
