    Glad to see the Neeko nerf, sad to see the Statikk Shiv nerf :(

    I know Shiv was broken, but to remove all the AP scaling I think is too much. I was having a lot of fun with Kennen Statikk Shiv, but I’m not sure if it’s still viable now

      kennen used had a strong on-hit build in the past, not sure if guinsoos would suit him well now but shiv, harvester, nashor would probably still be enough AP to be bursty and apply decent on-hit maybe?
