I can’t see the content from freddit.ch on kbin.social yet, but I’m trying the get that rolling

Yes, the website is listed in the instances list - hence allowed
Maybe you need to search for a post of a community in kbin. In lemmy, if you want to see content from a different instance, you need to search by it with a post link.
