hehehe, 15mph with a range of about 12 miles. I bet that isn’t with a 6’ 250lbs American on it.

I sort of want one just to look as hilarious as I imagine it will

I love micromobility, but this product makes zero sense to me. Can anyone explain the use case scenario where this would make sense better than the alternatives?

I have a regular electric scooter which has a handle that folds down. So the height shrinks, but the length is the same. Not a problem for storing it (for me), but I’ve taken it on the bus folded and it was very awkward.

So I’d imagine since the Honda’s back wheel folds in, it might be a better choice. Just a guess though.

Being able to fold it up and carry it with you might be a deciding factor for some… but if there are other electric scooters that offer this capability, then no, I can’t.

Why do articles keep comparing this to a brief case. It’s so much larger than a briefcase and is just not comparable. In both size and appearance it more resembles a folding table. Actually I do think I have one very close to that size

Brief cases varied in size but I can’t remember the last time I saw someone carrying a briefcase. It’s definitely more than 20 years though.

They never varies in size that much, and realistically laptop bags are not very different. They’re all sized based on containing standard or legal sized paper.

Meanwhile that thing is huge, relative to the size of the person. It wasn’t hyperbole to say it looks closer in size to a folding table
