No, I didn’t see any “pedos” in the thread, but all the upvotes comments were against the changes and i suspect that’s who is being referred to.

    Yep, can’t say I’m surprised. I saw that thread and read the linked article, any my first reaction was, yeah, those changes sound like a good idea. Then go to the comments, and no surprise, the “free speech” pedos are out in force.

    Bruh, this game has been enshrouded with controversy from it’s inception, so nothing new I guess. Like, it’s clearly ragebait and virtue signaling to generate buzz before their new content update. Otherwise, it’s just weird to me that they’d go back to a decade old game that no one is talking about to make changes that no one asked for. I just wish this kind of tactic wasn’t so successful.

    Sounds about right. I always saw Skullgirls as a pervy, problematic fighting game. Figures the fanbase (and those that just see it as an opportunity to rile people up) would be in that category. Cool to see the devs taking steps to address it, though.
