Just claim you’re a bounty hunter and you can do whatever you want.

    Likely their main recourse is to sue.

    Now I’d assume a legitimate bounty hunter would be licensed and potentially bonded. I’d think a complaint of willful property destruction with the right office would have some consequences. If there’s any oversight for bounty hunters, what would be the reason to disable cameras? This “bounty hunter” likely wants to ensure there’s no evidence of their planned actions regardless of the intended house. Maybe those cameras could have captured his intended target, and that footage needed to be … hindered.
