I can access https://lemmy.ca/c/coolwebsites but cant find it via federation.
If you’re the first person to look it up on your instance (lemmy.world in this case) you may have to paste that URL into the lemmy.world search bar for it to show up there.
In any case, it works on lemmy.world now.
Thanks for providing the “easy” version of the link that lets me subscribe without having to paste it into my instance search field! It’s super convenient.
