Ugh, I’d have moved to the couch! I’ve been getting bad sleep starts/hypnic jerks/hypnagogic jerks, though. Zero seconds of sleep some nights. But I just realized making it pitch black in my room helps a lot. Melatonin causes nightmares and waking sleep paralysis.
