      US pulled out of Iraq, no SOFA. ISIS invaded Iraq in 2014, Iraqi Army was changing into civvies and running away, or were ghost soldiers. ISIS controlled big swathes of territory in Iraq and Syria, called it the Caliphate. US went back in to put ISIS out of business.
