We’ve known about the horrible working conditions at Amazon for years, why are people still newly applying for this place?

Kinda hard to make a union when bezos will just shut the whole location down.

At this point finding a new job is pretty much the only method and even then it’s getting harder to find jobs that don’t practice these exploitative methods.

What we need is a govt that’s not in corporate pockets so we can pass some legislation that actually prevents/punishes these practices and to tax billionaires out of existence.

That’s part of unionization but there’s a long way and it takes time.

They must pay alright if people are afraid of losing their job.

Your ability to draw incorrect conclusions is astounding.

There is little to no social safety net in America to support someone who is not working. You either work or you are homeless and starve. And sometimes even if you are working you still starve.

I’m talking about the record unemployment rate right now. You can literally throw a rock and hit five jobs.

Your ability to misread a comment and draw an incorrect conclusion is astounding.

            Fair enough Burn the rich.

You fucking people are incapable of seeing anything outside your perceived world view/bubble.

Why are these people concerned about losing their job? Simple question. Don’t give me the “people need to afford to eat/pay rent shit” because as I stated. Record unemployment.

I’m just trying to understand their motivation. Without th fucking snark like people have to work at Amazon

Usually its the homelessness and starvation that motivate people

I’d understand that when jobs are hard to find, but right now? Not so much.
