This is like all those older people that keep saying “Wow kids these days are so good with tech and computers!”. No, they actually suck at computers, they just know how to navigate the frontend of apps that are insanely complex on the backend but are designed to provide a good and easy UX.
Easy when people have open profiles. Or a school/society/workplace has them tagged/named anywhere.
