I know the devs had some other commitments that we due to end last month, but its still radio silent here.

Like others I am still having crashes and other issues. I did subscribe to a lifetime subscription and do feel a bit cheated that there’s been no updates or even replies to bug reports.

Bean is still a great app and I hope development ramps up again, especially with all the backend changes coming to Lemmy soon!

    It’s a shame because I honestly believe Bean has the cleanest interface of all of the iOS apps. The “sale on lifetime ending soon” post was a good sales tactic to get me to buy the lifetime purchase but I was also optimistic that the rate of development would continue on, though slow down after a very fast cycle to paid release. I’m holding on to hope, but I have a bunch of other apps installed, for now, to tinker with and see if any get close to the UI polish of Bean.

    I’m not happy with this either. Paid for lifetime expecting the app to be updated as often as it was during the release. But pretty much after I paid there were sporadic updates and now… nothing. It kinda sucks.
