Videos of unrelated things constantly popping up when someone is talking in the game. Your inventory blurs out half the items because your character forgot they had them. All text is intermixed with other text representing random thoughts. Quests disappear or reprioritize randomly. The character refuses to move due to lack of motivation.

I would love to play a game while having a disability like this, imagine a fallout where you can’t understand half of the dialogue
