It can vary greatly between women, and while the majority might self-report that a more sensitive area is in the anterior wall (towards the front of the body), a number report more sensitive areas in the wall near the back of the body instead.
Rather than trying to identify a “one size fits all” concept of the G-spot, it’s arguably better to recognize that there’s a high likelihood of certain areas being more sensitive to stimulation but consider the exact location and size of those areas to vary person to person.

Let’s imagine a person who has a vagina, a G-spot, and a prostate. If that person was laying on their back and you put a finger in their vagina palm up, you’d hit in the vacinity of the G-spot with the pad of your finger if you curled your finger like you were making a “come here” motion. To hit the prostate, you’d have to turn your hand palm down and roughly do the same thing.

The G-spot is more related to the urethral canal and bladder. It has nothing to do with the clitoris, or the prostate of men, which can be reached anally. That’s also why stimulating it properly causes women to eventually squirt.
