Well, I don’t think it’s lactose. Do you face issues with any other dairy? Some people are intollerant of milk proteins, meaning no dairy is safe, not even lactose free.
Nope, I am lactose intolerant but I can eat cheese, the concrete mixers from Culver’s, and Oberweis ice cream for some reason
That being said, yesterday I had some (because a family member bought some for me) and just out of pure suspicion I took some lactaid pills before drinking it. I had no problems.
I think the Lactaid-brand eggnog is not in fact lactose free, despite what it says on the carton
