Aldi frozen lobster tails. I won’t be buying them again because they’re not even aussie.
Pork schnitzel burger.
Pastaaaaa! I actually air fried the meatballs. Worked great.
Another bowl + 2 containers + 1 container of just sauce. Leftovers for daaaays.
Once this meat has defrosted imma make a bunch of pasta sauce and cook in some cloves and cinnamon sugar, maybe even a bit of garlic if I’m feeling frisky… I have some bulbs here, then I’m going to mix it through a bunch of Zita penne. I have no cheese but maybe I might go get some cheese. Then I’m going to portion and store most of it and eat some.
Did the meat defrost?
Yeah I sat the packs in the sun by the balcony for a bit. The meatballs weren’t 100% defrosted but enough to cook through fine. The mince was frozen in the middle but I put it on the pan on low heat and broke it up with a spoon until small bits and they defrosted quickly and cooked fine.
Perfect, that’s what we need in cooking recipes.
