OP you have a very low standard for “beautiful” if a single circle makes the cut
I can’t find their code book for 2023, however the one from 2022 notes:
“Final sample size - 3,544 completes from 27,591 lines of sample. 601 additional completes from an oversample of Black, Hispanic, and Asian respondents from the NORC AmeriSpeak® Panel from 2,396 lines of sample”
Small dataset that’s not representative makes it feel gross.
Slicing by the attributes they give, the two large factors that change the scale significantly are health and variations on predictors for wealth (income and education level)
