i once saw a cow scratch its ear with its hind leg like cat. i had no idea they were that limber. i couldnt look away, completely stunned.
Bulls can lick their own balls.

Also, cows have a lot in common with dogs, behavior wise. I think it comes with being herd animals.
To be fair… everyone who can or could do that will!
