I wouldn’t call it fun necessarily…compelling would be my choice of wording.

I’d say the combination of world building, with the constrast between the cute elements with the dark and unforgiving nature of the circumstances these two find themselves in.

Reminds me of Now and Then, Here and There, very similar vibes.
