Hi all,

I’ve seen some people saying that you can use an RSS reader to view Lemmy communities, which made me wonder if I could do the same the other way around, and use my Lemmy app as an RSS reader?

    You could make a bot that reads from RSS and posts to lemmy. I don’t think there’s anything currently written into lemmy itself to pull content from RSS. You could also fork lemmy and stand up your own instance with that functionality built-in if you really wanted to.

    Not exactly and closest you get is RSS-Bot for Mastodon which will post the link to the new article which also means you had to tell the bot to put the usertag of the exact Lemmy Community, sort of like mentioning someones’ username

    I would be very surprised if you could (meaning I am 99% sure this is not built into Lemmy).
