I stumbled upon a movie that looked really good and gave me American Psycho vibes, but then I was never able to find it again and forgot the name. I never ended up watching it so I want to be able to identify it again.
The plot was something like a politician who tries to come into power by killing his opponents. I think it was America-based.

No, unfortunately… that seems like a very different vibe to me. But I can see the similarities. It was definitely a movie, and more killer oriented. I’ll know it as soon as I see it/hear it.
The only other one I can think of is the Columbo TV movie ‘Candidate For Crime’, but I figure that’s not it.
