Meh, Slide was better for me but got discontinued on the way. Not that it matters anymore now.

Oh, and btw when you use it, you’ll see no buttons to interact with the comments, in Thunder the interactions work by sliding the comments left and right, if you slide to the left you’ll see the reply icon and if you slide further you’ll see the save icon, if you slide to the right you’ll see upvote and downvote.
Infinity was Reddit to me. I never used anything else. I’m kind of sorry for losing it, but the community isn’t the same anymore. I’ll stay on Lemmy because I enjoy it and believe in the idea.
Hope someone has the time and skills to port it to Lemmy.Said goodbye to infinity myself this week. Super sad because I’ve used infinity daily for a number of years now…
I deleted my 13 year old 50K karma account today.
Kinda sad but there is no way I could go back after how they’ve been treating not only 3rd party app users and developers but more recently the unpaid mods who kept the site great.
Deleted my 17 year old account a couple of weeks ago.
Also completely nuked the comments on it.

If you want to continue using infinity, you can compile the app with your own free API key. Someone made a Google colab script to automate the process:
