I customized the font sizes in Liftoff and now I’m loving it.

Definitely the most like RIF in my opinion.

Yeah, connect is my choice too, just gotta do some settings like reverse list view, disable swipe actions, and it starts to get pretty close to rif.

I’ll second this, nice and smooth and feels familiar.

I tried Liftoff and changed a few settings in the post style. Compact view on; Rounded corners, shadow and avatars all turned off; post title and header size to 13. It looks close to RIF. I’m not a fan of the card design that most apps use and it’s the reason why I used RIF all these years. I really hope that talklittle will also make an app for Lemmy/

Jeroba has been pretty decent until the recent incompatibility issues with instances that don’t immediately jump to latest. I’m trying out Liftoff today and it seems to be at least not crashing as much though it seems to have its own quirks.

RIP RIF. Who’s best honoring your memory in the new world?

I’ve been using Jerboa, Summit, Liftoff, and Connect.

Imo, Summit has the closest RiF feel, and it’s the smoothest. But I don’t think it has an inbox yet. Saved posts/comments is coming soon too. So it’s a bit barebones.

Connect for Lemmy and wefwef so far, but I plan to test them all as available. Wefwef I really like, but it has a definite iOS look and feel compared to Android. Not that that’s a bad thing but it’s kind of distracting at first.
