    No. Tldr: you can, but don’t because qualified immunity and lots of time dealing with the legal system is a waste of your own life.

    But if you really feel like it… Go ahead. Consequences, but once they start writing a ticket, tell them to fuck their mother or die in a car fire. In for a penny, in for a pound.

    Qualified immunity means an officer can violate your rights if they feel you pose a threat to the public.

    Possibly the most damning and true statement about qualified Immunity out there, and they weren’t even trying to make it.
