For me, the house least likely to disappoint me is Guerlain. But even they have a couple of weak scents.

I don’t know if they count as a fragrance house but Jo Malone. They are expensive and has some of the weakest, most generic fragrances. They make for good gifts because of their packaging but their performance is weak and leave so much more to be desired, especially at their “luxury price”.
