Serena Deeb is ready to return to the ring.

In an Instagram video posted on Thursday, Deeb revealed that her long absence from AEW programming was due to a series of unprovoked seizures that began in October 2022. She also announced that her neurologist has cleared her to return and she hopes to be back soon.
