You get it on other app stores.
If you have access to steam, it should have remote play built in if you can do it. It adds an extra option to the install or play button in the Steam interface.

OP might be talking about the steam link app, and not the steam link. But yes, the post is confusing.
It’s in the app store on the quest itself. Source: I installed it from there earlier on my Q2.

I’ve seen that link and it says purchased, but when I look for it it’s not showing up on my computer. Totally confused here.
