This looks more and more like R. Bruce Tharpe’s NWA where they couldn’t find a way to make money outside of licensing the name to promotions.
I wish them well but I don’t see how this helps most Indie promotions unless the license is dirt cheap.
Last I heard (and trust, I wasn’t listening that well lol) Billy is burning through Crushing Gourds money to help keep NWA funded, so this legit could be what he’s doing lol.
