    Any employer that frickin’ texts me to set up an interview won’t get an interview. I doubt that happens though lol

      I’d rather they text me than call me, but you’d think they’d explain who they are when reaching out for the first time.

        Yeah, there was one time a recruiter just texted me “Is this xxxx ?”. If you’re gonna cold call/text, introduce yourself immediately on your first message.

      I read it as they originally called, then person replies “who diiiiiis” via text as they didn’t answer the call.

      It’s fake af anyway so I don’t know why I bothered even responding with some reasoning

      I mean, it’s fine if I missed their mail or whatever, but it sure would be unusual. Better than calling tho. I hate it when they do that.
