I was really wondering how it’d work given that all of this basically happens in between regular series episodes, it felt a little jarring going from long haired Miyamura to short haired, but I got over it pretty quickly.
It felt like an episode of OVAs (IMO), I wonder if other works will get this treatment if it ends up doing well. Might be interesting

Yes, I barely remembered him as “the sleazeball from episode 1”, and now having what like half the episode revolve around him felt weird. Not enough Hori in this episode. But still it was fun, and I’m definitely looking forward to what’s dtill to come!
Really enjoyed the dynamics between the characters in this episode. A rom-com anime is incomplete without a school trip episode after all.
Since they’re adapting the leftover pieces from the manga that didn’t get included in the first season, the timeline will be all over the place. Maybe when this season is complete, someone will compile a chronological order for the entire series.
I’m curious what the show will be like once the whole thing is out and it can be re ordered with the first season. Is it just me or does it look a little different. I can’t quite put my finger on how though
It did notice it looking different. If I had to say, it doesn’t look as crisp as season 1 did.
