    The Art of War by SHO IGU: Chapter 27 - If you don’t have enough nightvision to go around, consider irradiated soil like the Red Forest. Not only will your troops enjoy the historic views, but the glowing ambiance really livens up night operations! Who knows, could also get a cool mutation.
