Had a nightmare last night that I went on a bender. But happy to say didn’t drink all day.
waking up from those is the most relieving feeling! … i used to have them all the time, they did go away eventually except for very rare occasions and they are way less alarming when they do happen now… just a sign that you are overcoming your old habits!
