Rampage has become the “C” show and RoH is “developmental” that’s only available on a streaming app.

With the TV/Streaming deal coming up in 2024 it makes perfect sense to merge these two, and brand it as a 2 hour show. I feel like the biggest issue with RoH is that it’s AEW…but not. So you see some people show up, but if you want to follow them you need a subscription. A streaming app for a single weekly TV show with a subscription can be a hard pill to swallow for a lot of people, especially considering RoH doesn’t have that type of presence.

Keep the titles as RoH, find a way to keep the name and preserve the history, but take all the good from RoH and Rampage I think you could have a banger of a 2 hour show. Follow the early NXT/Takeover playbook and you could have a killer developmental show that isn’t the “C” show, but the chance to catch the up and coming talent and the beginning of feuds that could last years across all three shows over time.

I wouldn’t mind this at all, especially if they treat it more like a “development” brand. That’s what made Dark/Elevation so great in my eyes: seeing young talent get their reps in and improve over time.

I would be down for ROH as a double bill with Rampage, or even replacing Rampage entirely. The pay wall is the main reason I don’t watch ROH.

It’s a shame too there’s great talent and we’ve seen what talent like Athena can do there.

I’d be down for that to be honest. I know it’s technically taking a bit of time away from AEW people who get little as it is, but RoH needs be on tv and not paywalled for it to actually have a chance.

You could do a whole storyline about the merger, make a new title and do a tournament half RoH half Rampage, the best from each show goes for the new title…

Mark Briscoe coming off his loss at the continental classic wins to become the first new champ. Use the wins and losses to build new organic storylines.
