In your quest for a healthy lifestyle, what specific steps do you take to stay fit and maintain your well-being? Could you share some insights into the strategies you personally employ to keep fit and lead a healthy lifestyle?
Not enough lately, so I think I’ll join you and this community to get some ideas! I’m guessing like many I go through peaks and valleys in my activity levels. Right now I’m in a bit of a valley and am about ready to get moving again.
Edit: this post helped motivate me. Just got some at-home yoga in during kiddo’s nap, going to re-look at my routine to do this more often as I almost always feel pretty great after.
I like to cycle at least two times a week ~20km, usually in the evening. I also do bodyweight exercises, but not regularly. Other than that I try to eat vegetables and fruits throughout the day, but it’s not easy on stressful workdays.
