    I was saying to a friend that I can see that the skies are emptier than when I was growing up.

    The saddest thing is if you learn about the wildlife populations the first Europeans recorded in America. Skies darkened by birds. Game by the tens of thousands.

    We live in an empty desert of our own making now and most of us don’t even know it.

      Gotta have my pickup truck though. And I want to be able to park as close to my destination as possible to minimize contact with “the outside.”

      Oh, and I refuse to pay extra for road damages cause by my large, heavy vehicle because fuck you. (/s obviously)
