    I think my favourite tea is ti guan yin (spelling might vary), a lightly baked oolong. I loved how many steeps you could get out of it and how much the flavour would evolve.

    Unfortunately the shop (a small asian supermarket, I’m in Belgium) i used to buy it from closed and I haven’t been able to find the brand i used to buy anymore.

    I’ll start!

    Back in 2019 when I visited Malaysia I was visiting tea plantation of BOH. I brought back lots of green and black tea and enjoyed it so much. Sadly I ran out of it pretty quickly.
