Lemmy.world currently does not support video uploads, but you can upload videos to other sites (like youtube) and post a link here., or turn them into animated gifs if you don’t care about lack of sound.

      Oof, that’s an old account then. I hope it wasn’t purged.

      In case you were frozen and submitted a ticket, it might be necessary to resubmit it as some older tickets were “lost” when they switched to a different ticket system: https://clraik.com/forum/showthread.php?86732-PSA-for-people-waiting-on-a-ticket-response-from-TNT

      So for some additional clarification, if you have a pre-existing ticket, you should reply to the email where they assigned your ticket with the info you provided. You’ll get assigned a new ticket, BUT if it’s still in the old digit range (449348 or however long it is) you’ll need to resubmit a new ticket through the new help desk.
