        I have mixed emotions about all this rain. Love that we are out of a drought, those are scary as hell! But man nature could you take it down a notch?

        Unfortunately I think that isn’t going to happen though. We are starting to really feel the first touches of climate change and I fear its just going to get much worse and more chaotic.

          It’s scary. I was just reading about hail and climate change, and apparently in North America hailstorms are expected to get less frequent but more severe. So imagine it more severe than the egg-sized or baseball-sized hail that we’ve had in the metro area this June… not fun.

    But disruptions to Fourth of July plans will likely continue into the nighttime hours on Tuesday, as clouds and rain will likely stick around through the overnight hours. While the severe weather threat should diminish after about 6 p.m. on Tuesday (though that may change), clouds and rain will probably hang around most of the night.
