They used to, but it made one guy so cross he ended up going home to live with his family.

The Vatican continues to be full of abject hypocrisy. Why do people still believe in catholic dogma?

I used to think people joined religions because deep inside their heart they wanted to be good people.

The truth is they don’t care about being good. They just want to be right. Religion is an excellent echo chamber with strong, hearty walls to prevent any kind of reason from interfering.

Almost no one voluntarily joins religions to begin with. They’re groomed into them from childhood.

People rarely join religions. They remain in them because they’re afraid.

Since all dogmas come ripe with hypocrisy, Catholicism is just one of many.

They were indoctrinated as children. To leave is to abandon what you’ve known you’re whole life.

Yeah well I left the church because it was obvious to me what was happening. And I’m no genius.

I don’t understand how people can make such an obvious lie such an important part of their lives and just… live with it.

I guess getting over the hell fear was hard. But living with the lie was harder for me.

Tangential, do you think the Pope is allowed to be a bottom? Maybe there have been Pope’s who were like “sigh, born to bottom, forced to top” 🤔

“Do what I say, not what I do.” - all religions and religious assholes ever. There is zero morality or ethics in religion. Do not be fooled by their lies.

Imean, there IS some (often misguided) morality in religion.

Unfortunately, most of them also teach you can be forgiven by god for transgressions against man. That is fucking STUPID and does nothing but give horrible people an excuse to be horrible. If you can “make up” for it later, why not do it?

Horrible people look for excuses, and religion is full of them. Like how religious morons constantly say, “the devil made me do it!”. No Karen, you’re just a bitch.

You don’t want those guys. If they had anything worth shaking they would have became a protestant.

We hear from “top” church officials all the time, but never bottom church officials. Maybe that’s their problem?

I don’t really have experience with gay sex in the Vatican but I think Rammstein is a pretty good band, would recommend.
