It’s sad that I’ve met people with personalities like this. They luckily haven’t gained the power to cause mass destruction, but they’re truly toxic people that found joy in causing others pain. Imagine a society in which we could place them in environments that were meant to help them and protect others. Instead, we either place them in cages or give them the power to control the world.
