Had a breakdown a work last year. My best friend killed himself after a police raid in my house while I was at work. I was left to clean up the mess. In the year following the death I had guns pulled on me twice and the breakdown occured when I was working in an alley and after some screaming someone shot what I’m told after the fact was a dog in the yard next to me. I had a panic attack and lost it.

Ironicly in the last 2 days some form of police chase/raid ended right beside my truck while I’m working, really pushing my stress levels.

Imagine being able to retire in your 50s and 60s instead of never.

I started doing pushups for my goal of 10k in a year. I went from doing 3 sets of 10 to 3 of 20 so far. It takes maybe 3 min per day to do that and it’s already had noticable impacts on my strength health.
